| Summary | I planed to stay in Alona Beach and dive around the Balicasag Island. It was impossible to transit at Manila with the Phillippines Airlines the same day. So I chose the Cebu Pacific the part from Kansai to Manila. Though I needed to stay one night in Manila. Next day from Manila to Tagbilaran with the Philippines Airlines. There was a pick up servive with the hotel from the airport. Transiting in the Manila Airport with the Philippines Airlines on the way back. |

| The flight was cancelled |
We were waiting our trun to take off at the runway in the Manila Airport. We moved forward gradually in line, I saw unbelievable scene that cabin crews served cup of water for passengers. I was not able to recognized to serve water before the take off. Then the airplane didn't take off, but turned back to a bridge on the runway. When the airplane got to a bridge we were ordered to get off the airplane. The Philippines Airlines explained us that the Tagbilaran Airport has no lighting facility. Flights expected not to be able to land before the sunset is canceled. I thought that it was easy to take off if the airplane hurried up. I feltl like that the airplane gave up to take off from the beginning. We were able to change flghts, for example bound for Cebu and a ferry. Since it took some risk, I gave up to got the same day. I stayed the hotel prepared by the Philippines Airlines one night. Then I got on the flight next day. |

| Nice hotel was prepared. I remembered that the flight was delayed half
a day, prepared day-use of a hotel and a meal ticket by the Philippines Airlines over ten years ago in Cebu.
