Feb.2007 Liveaboard in Maldives and Bolifushi 　　

Summary

I have wanted to join the Liveaboard in Maldives with a private room.
I found the Liveaboard that had two single rooms, and reserved through the travel agency.
After the Liveaboard, I prefered staying a resort to coming back directly since all the way in Maldives.
Then I chose one night stay in the Bolifushi Island Resort.
I decided not diving, but just snorkeling and to relax in the island.
Next day, coming back home via the Singapore Airport.

To Male via Singapore	I chose the flight via Singapore. I departed Narita in the morning, transit at the evening and arrived Male at night.

I arrived the Hulhule Airport at night, we met up at outside of the airport.
Then we got on the boat, had the explanation of the boat, sorted our belongings and went to bed.

the South Make Atoll
to the Ari Atoll

Next day, we took diving at the North Male Atoll in the mornig as check-dive.
After that, we moved to the South Male Atoll and took two dives there and one dive next morning.
When we finished morning dive, moved to the Ari Atoll.

We landed a desert island after three dives in the Ari Atoll once.
We had dinner around the Whale Shark figure that was made of sand by the boat crew.
I reached 300 dives at the Fish Head in the Ari Atoll.
Then I found the celebration message on the bed composed by flower petals.
We also landed a local island once, had chance to buy some souvenirs.
When I waved my hand on the deck, a sea plane descend near the boat.

We had searching whale shark in the southern part of the Ari Atoll, but we didn't come across.
Though we were not able to see Manta Ray at the Rangali Madiaru,
we were able to see many Manta Rays at the Dohonkalo Thila
I made a mistake when I changed the media, so I was not able to take photo of Napoleon fish nearby at the Fish Head.

Serching Hammerhead Shark at the Rasdhoo Atoll in the early morning, however not succeeded.
We returned the North Male Atoll.
After a sharksucker that followed me around left my fins, Manta Ray came to me at the Boduhithi Thila.
We came across school of Manta Rays at the Rasfari Out, very nearly since the sea is shallow.
We were able to see big school of blue and yellow snapper here and there in this time.

To Bolifushi

We got off the boat at the Hulhule Island in the afternoon.
I was waiting the boat from the Bolifushi Resort, others went to the Hulhule Airport.
I didn't to take diving as one night in the Bolifushi Island.
I just took snorkeling and photos around the island.
I were able to see a spotted eagle ray in the house reef and swimming moray eel at the shallows.
The Bolifushi Island locates northern end in the South Male Atoll, so we are able to see the light of Male at night.
