Summary It has been hard to book a air ticket during new year holidays.
I was able to book the package tour with diving in Palau once.
Other than that, I reserved with the travel agency that has connections with PR: Philippine Airlines.
Five days and 4 nights with 8 dives on 3days.
Itenerary I needed to do nothing, as the package tour: Between Narita and Cebu, Pacific Cebu Divers and Hotel.
On departure day, I stayed in Cebu town,
next day moved to Tagbilaran then checked in the hotel in the Panglao Island.
I was not able to remember the name of the hotel, the hote located in a hill.

Diving    Pacific Cebu Divers  1st day Balicasag isl. 1  Black Forest 2  Sanctuary    
2nd day Pamilacan isl. 1  Mangrove 2  Cemetery 3  Sanctuary
3rd day  Day trip 1  Black Forest 2  Cabilao isl. Magtalisay 3  Cabilao isl Loighthouse
  On third day, first dive in the Balicasag Island second and third dive in the Cabilao Island, then reached the Mactan Island.
