Jul. 2020 Bunaken Island, Lembeh

Summary Annual travels to Indonasia in July, I decided to go to Manado for the first time in five years.
I stayed in the Manado city and went to diving from the Sulawesi Island last time.
I chose to stay the Bunaken Island, then three days diving.
I felt likd it was lacking something, added to be in Lembeh after that.
Itinerary The 2020 Tokyo Olympics will be held late July.
However I don't depart in Tokyo, the price of air ticket seem to be expensive during the duration of the Olympics.
So I chose in the middle of July. I always chose to tansit in Singapore when I went to Indonasia.
About a half year before the travel, I tryed to serch the flight to Manado.
I was not able to find the flight to Manado via Singapore.
I found out the flight between Davao and Manado.
However I guessed the Mindanao Island was dangerous, according internet, the Davao city is safe.
So I decided to transit in Manila and Davao. Diving in the Bunaken Island and in Lembeh.
One night stay in Davao on the way back. Next day went back to home via Manila.
Accommodation in the Bunaken Island, I will try to find the dive center that has dive and stay package.
SQ  I wondered how I was not able to find a flight by way of Singapore.
Then I asked it to the Singapore Airlines by email. I recieved a reply, but it didn't have a point.
I researched the matter later,
I found out the Singapore Airlines was changing the flight of its subsidiary company: Silk Air and Scoot.
I recognized the flight between Sinagapore and Manado was held by the Scoot afterward.
Air
Ticket
I was not able to reserve with the Cebu Pacific web site twice in the past.
I was not able to reserve with the Cebu Pacific web site again.
I needed to book with booking site: Trip.com in this time.
There were the Philippine Airlines and a few Indonaisan LCCs between Davao and Manddo.
But I knew that we were not able to book the ticket of the Indonasian LCCs with my credit card.
So I booked the ticket with the Philippine Airlines.
COVID-19   During the travel in Thailand and Maldives in January and February.
There were some questionnaires that asked to visit China or Wuhan and health at immigration.
I have not experienced these in the last few years.
I saw the sensor to detect body temperature everwhere in the airports.
I guessed that almost people except for Japanes don't wear masks.
More than half people wore masks, about 80% in airports and the airport link.
After I came back to Japan, the coronavirus was spreading all over the world.
Many countries restricted the immigration due to the pandemic.
Cancel  I recieved a email from the Philippine Airlines in the middle of March.
That said the flight between Davao and Manado were cancelled.
The reason seemded to cause by the pandemic.
I have cancelled the travel of Western Australia in May and the Spain, Portugal in June.
Following these I cancelled this around in May, since I hardly expect to get better.
I enquired the Trip.com by email. They replyed the flight of the Cebu Pacific were on schedule at that time.
Next I applyed the procedure of cancellation with the Philippine Airlines.
Though I was told that a refund might be taken not soon, nearly one year at the longest.
Then I recieved email from the Trip.com in the middle of Jun.
That said the flight of the Cebu Pacific was cancelled,
However I don't know whether I can get a refund or a boucher .
I just booked the flights, there was no need to cancel the accommodation.。
Refund  Payment in advance were just air tickets. Airlines and an agency told me the refund took long term.
As a matter of fact, the Phillipine Airline took around half year, the Cebu Picific by the Trip Com is taking over one year.
