| Summary | For the second time after the coronavirus, I planed to visit in northwest
area of Bali Island: Menjangan area. However I have hesitated this area until then, because of access. There is no public transportation. We need to charter a car, so it meens it takes over 4 hours and IDR700K per one way. Then I decided to try. |

| Itinerary | Almost of all airtickets were kind of expensive, due to fuel charge. I chose the Malysia Airline which is lowest price and need to transit in Kuala Lumpur. I needed to stay one night in Kuala Lumpur, as evening arrival and next day morning departure. I was going to stay the hotel 5 night in Pemuteran city, and go diving for 4 days. On the way back to the airport, I droped in Ubud half day and one night. |

| Corona | We have to get a vaccination ertificate and install app of "Peduli
Lindungi". Visa on arrival was resumed before I knew it, we need IDR500K. I wish it was repealed before I arrived. The receipt was issued by USD15. |

| Passenger on board | There were almost empty 20 or 30 percent passengers from Kansai to Kuala
Lumpur. Moderately 70 or 80 percet passengers on the other flight |

Airport hotels are expensive or by hours in daytime. I found the tune hotel
KLIA aeropolis. It has free shuttle buses between the hotel and KLIA2, though they are held every one or twe hours. The bus stop of free shuttle bus service between KLIA1 and KLIA2 was changed before I knew it. |

| Transfer in the Island | I requested the dive center the transportation from the airport to Pemuteran. Around noon arrival, then 15 min. procedure of colona, 10 min. VOA, 40 min. immigration, 10 min. customs. So the car departed at the airport about 2PM. Busy traffic in the city, steep and winding mountain road in the second half. Always foggy in the mountain area, the car arrived in Pemuteran after four and half hours. |

| Hotel | I tried to find a affordable hotel same as usual. All of them have no fridge. Then I found a hotel looks like luxuary one and it has fridge by chance, and it cost almost same price as them. I guessed it cut the price due to vacancy of conona. |

| Ubud | It was pouring after. I arrived the hotel in Ubud. It was too hard to go
out. Then two hours later, the rain stoped. So I went aroound the Moncky forest and around the Palace. |

I booked the PERAMA bus ticket to the airport after checking in the hotel. I headed to the PERAMA bus stop by walk next morning, and then got on the bus. There was kind of long transit time in Kuala Lumpur Airport, taking long break and dinner at food court. |
