| Summary | I have visited Thailand and Indonasia last year, which were ease after
corona. It seemed Maldives was same as those, so I planed to go Maldives. However I checked several local islands in northern part of Ari Atoll by internet, most dove cemters described not fun dive but course. Then I found Thoddoo island, which has packages of dive and hotel. But it was found out that it was managed by Russian, so impossible. After that, I found Rasdhoo Island, and chose this. |

| Itinerary | Almost of all airlines are expensive these days, so I tried to devise itineraries. There was low price round trip ticket between Kuala Lumpur and Male. And Sckoot operate between Kansai and Singapore. So I booked these, and used buses between Kuala Lumpur and Singapore. |

| Scam | The hotel sent me a email about a week before departure, which said I have to cancel the booking deu to their urgent maintenance. I know it is obvious lie when they overbooked. The booking was charged a few days before, they remanded me to cancel without refund. It was scam. I made a complaint against Agoda about it, and had Agoda deal with the matter. Then I found out a hotel open that was sold out until a few day before. |

| Singapore | Arrival in Singapore at midnight, immigration was done on my smartphone
instead of paper. I have waited for the first MRT in the airport. Then headed to the Koban bus terminal. I got on the bus bound for Kuala Lumpur. It took to the TBS Bus Terminal for 9 and half hours. It came because of traffic, maybe during period of lunar new year. |

| Kuala Lumpur | I have checked in the hotel near the KL Central at evening. I went around Kuala Lumpur after left my luggage, since flight departed mid night. |

| Maldives | Arrival at the Male Airport via Colombo. I killed long time until boat
departing time. I was waiting for the boat, however the boat didn't come on time. The boat came 20 minutes late, the origin was not Hulhule bud Male. |

| Rasdhoo | We arrived the port of Rasdhoo Island little over one hour. A staff of dive center picked me up in the port, then I made paper works in the dive center. |

| Cancel | However I had a plan of around 10 dives for four days, I felt under the
weather at first dive on second day. I canceled all after dives, due to not feeling well. Though I guessed I knew the reason, I didn't want anyone to know this. There were two days period, I was going to take sand bank tour and go around the island. |

| In the Island |
I remembered vaguely I had landed in the island 16 years ago for shopping
during liveaboard dive tour. It was cloudy on first day, they kindly put it off to next day. |

| Sand Bank Tour |
Fortunately, it was great wether next day. However I guessed the tour was
held by tour agency. Acturally, it was held by hotel owner for $50. We departed the island past 9A.M. After that, we landed the sand bank bringging some water, towels and a parasol. We were able to choose to go back or stay there until 4P.M. when they bringed lunch around 1P.M. Visitors in the sand bank may be not only Rasdhoo island but also Kuramathi and Veligandu Resorts. |

| Way to back |
I had to get on the boat bound for the Hulhule Island at 7:30A.M. I arrived the Kuala Lumpur Airport via Colombo. And then headed to Singapore via the TBS bus terminal. I was waiting for the bus boud for Singapore, but it didn't come on schedule time. At last, a bus come 30 minutes later. However I booked a normal express bus 2 seats and 1 in a row by the Starmart, the VIP bus had 1 and 1 in a row, in addition personal monitor. I guessed some buses were joined as passengers were less than the capacity. The bus arrived Golder Mile Complex, Singapore for 6 hours without traffic jam, differnt from the way there. |

| Singapore ～ Kansai |
At first, I planned to move from Johor Bahru to the Changi Airport in the
early morning. There was a risk to miss my fight, because I didn't used to transportaion there and few time. I changed from Johor Bahru to Singapore privious night of flight, double the price. Almost of all people in Singapore wear masks. I checked out the hotel in the early morning, and arrived the Kansai Airport in the afternoon. I came across large crowds, I had no idea who were from China or process of nagative certification. |
