Summary

Price of air ticket are getting higher nowadays, I chose Puerto Galera, Phillippines where I have never been.
The nearer the lower in price, being Phillippines for the first time in 4 years.
At first, I was planning to go Apo Reef from Sablayan, Mindoro Island
where I gave up to go from Busuanga Island 5 years ago.
However it was tight schedule, I abandoned the plan.
Diving 3 days just in Puerto Galera and visiting in Manira on the way back.

Itinerary

There are two flights from Kansai to Manila: Cebu Paciffic and Air Asia.
However I have flighted several times with Cebu Paciffic in last years.
I prefered Air Aisia to Cebu Paciffic, as the price and timeframe.
There was a joint ticket of bus and ferry from Manila to Puerto Galera.
I booked a hotel in Manila near the bus terminal the bus depart to a port.
4 nights in Puerto Galera and 3 days diving there, after that back to Manila.
2 nights in Manila 1 das went around there, next early morning back to Japan.

Arrival

I have booked a hotel near the City State Tower Hotel the bus departed.
I knew the area is kind of not safe later.
Using public transportation, the Airport Roop from the terminal 3 to the Edsa station.
Then getting on the train from Edsa to the Peddro Gil Station.
I was confused with busy hours and not to know how to get.

Puerto Galera

After one night in the hotel, walking to the City State Tower Hotel.
We departed at 9:30, heading to the Batangas Port.
Two hours and a half later, we arrived the ferry tarminal.
Lots of porters followed us persistenty when we got off the bus.
We arrived the Balatero Port about 10 minites later than estimated time.
We needed to take a taxi, which is conncted motercycle and sidecar for PHP250.

Clear visibility and Brilliant in under water, many varieties of small things.
We were not able to dive at famous site Canyons, due to strong current.
I got information of wonderful Verde Island they go irregularly and it requires over 8 participants..

To Manila

Finishing three days diving, checking out and being send to the port by taxi.
Go back to the same way I came, to Manila via the Batangas Port.
Then I walked to the hotel from the City State Tower Hotel.
Walking around near by the hotel next day.

In Manila

I went around the Rizal Park, Manila Cathedral, Saint Augustine Church and around there.

Back Home

I booked a taxi next morning, because I need to leave in the early morning and I have learnt
it is hard to move by public transportaion with a heavy luggage.
I came back to the Kansai Airport past noon.
